I think that just as the previous administration didn't want to publicly acknowledge Mahama's then government roles or measures he put in place in addressing the issue of Dumsor even though some members of the NPP government had acknowledged that, the public will in the circumstances give the current government the credit on the payment on the bond holders
Irrespective of the NPP government even if as said by Amoah having started paying bond holders the public will apply the same rule.
It will be hard to change the public perception on the Mahama's government started paying bond holders.
