Oh my God!
Let’s set small targets like just constructing a proper road from Accra to Kumasi before we start talking big empty rubbish. If we can’t build common roads it’s means we are completely useless.

How would they transport the waste? On roads?
Dual carriage for Cape and Kumasi, too difficult a task for them, with bitumen and rocks everywhere around vicinity, how much more nuclear.
