  No wonder the OMCs and BDCs are having a field day. When some politicians think that the only way to make money is to run an Oil Marketing Company when they do not understand how the products get into the country. The BDCs want to run down TOR so they will contnue to bring in finished products. But Insha Allah you cannot have it your way all the time. Thank you.

  We licensed over 100 OMCs and poorly resourced companies and 'distribute' BDC licenses like bread. Now, Credit is a risk? The real reason here is that the lenders are chasing debtors and the debtors are running for cover.
