From all indications I feel if all these can be implemented and reward’s given to all the key stakeholders the cocoa industry as we see it would bounce back as the great pillars in the development of Ghana. The government must take steps to prevent the surge of smuggling in the country, at least we should be processing part of our cocoa before export. I this it’s a call I. The right direction and I see the writer has many things on point. The new administration should adopt these and it that it get implemented with pace. God bless Ghana
