  The Gospel Truth is that no matter the kind of technology or initiative put in place, ECG will only become efficient and effective and make power or energy TRULY AVAILABLE and AFFORDABLE to every Ghanaian no matter his or her status in the country, ONLY IF the President of Ghana will appoint for ECG a leader or head who is CAPABLE, who is GOD-FEARING, who is HONEST, who is FIRM, who is FULL OF WISDOM AND INTEGRITY, who is FAITHFUL, and who HATES DISHONEST GAIN.
  This kind of a Leader at ECG will intern or automatically recruit or choose workers who ARE OF HIS OR HER KIND and place them at RIGHT PLACES OR POSITIONS as far as ECG is concerned.
  And this is the ONLY WAY every sector, for that matter Ghana will get to the level it has to be economically.

How is Mahama going to run his 24 hour economy when ECG doesn't work at nights or weekends to rectify faults and update prepaid meters (which by the way actually PRE-FINANCE ECG by paying for power before using it)?
