  The more you produce ,the less it costs you.
  Do what the Italians and Greeks have been doing for centuries......Pool your labour workforce,at harvest time,Communities pull together and harvest each farm one by one.
  With 50 workers and tractors etc...could harvest 50 acre farm of rice in less than a week.....aIi in together ......less time saves money for the grower,everyone benifits.

  The fact is that most current youth projects on like during Kwame Nkrumah and Ignatius Acheampong time the involved the youth in agriculture, current youth projects are in the non-productive sector.
  The State Farm lands at Adidome, Aveyime, Nsawam and others can be used for Youth in Agriculture project.
  During the NLC era youth organizations like the African Youth Command (AYC) had palm tree plantations in the Eastern and Western regions of Ghana.
