  NPP should take record of the number institutions they ran down. Even their top most achievement, the free SHS is suffering seriously. WAEC cannot mark students scripts because government cannot pay them, Headmasters want schools not to reopen until they are paid for the perishable food they supplied. Investors monies are locked up. Pensioners monies have several haircut inflation is rocket high, cedi has depreciated so low, cement prices and other goods are so high, so many nuisance taxes have been introduced and above all they borrowed unprecedented over Ghc 700 million in the history of Ghana since independence.
