  I guess many are surprised by the absence of some names. Yes, I am talking about the car flexing, building flexing and all the wealth flexing "millionaires" we see on a regular basis. The listed probably are the real rich people in Ghana. Roll down two metal barrels down a hill, one filled and the other empty and see which makes the most noise as they roll down the hill.
