Only Bawumia and the NPP who don't know, or don't care, that what they're bringing into the country will become expensive white elephants soon, adding to the National debt. They should find out what's happening in Ethiopia.

Bawumia is always rushing to implement things he sees in foreign countries without any foresight or serious analysis of its suitability to our conditions.

So why shouldn’t some unemployed smart guys quickly update their knowledge on the maintenance of electric vehicles to make themselves self-employed? How about those who have read courses related to EV? I think we shouldn’t always fold our arms waiting for jobs to drop from nowhere. The Ghanaian is smart learn fast if given the opportunity.
Similarly, smart entrepreneurs can quickly organize themselves to set up EV charging stations across the country such that where an EV goes, a charging station goes. I think we adopt a party-less stance to see this move under positive light.

This is a report from the Energy Commission and UN whatever, who gain a lot from the crude oil in Ghana and around the world. This is to discourage any potential buyer from getting their Electric Vehicles cos their empire would collapse very soon. Although they do have a point, what they stand to gain from this reportage far exceeds their so called educative or revelatory remarks on the subject of EVs. Instead, the reports should be that mechanics or individuals should take advantage of the gap to bridge it in rendering services in the industry. Imagine the profitability in its potential. The Crude Oil empires should be reduced to about 20% by now but these guys have the monies to manipulate things in their favor. Why do you think people who invented water powered engines mysteriously vanish or die? Don't believe everything you see. I mean don't be quick to react to everything you see online or even in the news. Commit it to thorough research before you believe because, you are always the product. Remember this.

Because of elections they rushed them in without proper planning. It’s not just importing the electric cars. There should be extensive training and expertise before making the move.
Just for political points.

The FSHS has similar issues at its implementation but has seen the light at the end so this can also be done to do away with the high cost of fossil fuel and its toll on the dollar.
