No wonder, that is not wat we call a 24 hr economy o dumb minister, you can watch accross the world, the few works that you mentioned that they have bn operating for 24 hours, everywhere you go across the world they work none stop , they are mostly emergency services eg police, fire service, hospitals, hotels, some few restaurants etc So by her assertion, it means every country in the world runs a twenty four hour economy right? Dumbness, A twenty four hour economy is an economy that the government has empowered and put measures in place, for most business alongside the already mentioned emergency services,to continue running for twenty four hours, whilst in none twenty four hour economies, only these above mentioned emergencies services runs for twenty hours whilst most of the businesses runs only during the day and closes in the evening. Madam that's why a person going to the developed countries which are all 24 hour economies, usually tells you they are working in the night, but persons in. None twenty four hour economy like Ghana, Nigeria, Togo etc, are often at all night services in the night or mostly sleeping.

Lemme reframe my question, me that is already super rich, is working always during the day and night, whilst you that is wabbling and dabbling in abject poverty is either at all night services in the night or sleeping, how do you ever intend to bridge the gap btwn you and I? So if not for wizardry, if a visionary person has suggested that he wants to gradually make you the poor ones stop sleeping in the night but work as I the richer one is doing, why must a sane mind ever poopoo this brilliant suggestion? See this one.. she doesn’t even understand what a 24 hour economy is… The NDC 24 hr Economy can be achieved: However, only by doing the following: Setting up a number of Commercial Hubs in strategic locations across the country. Such as Trading hubs (for general products and cosmetics) petroleum hubs, MRO hubs/village( for oil and gas, mining, aviation, civil, automotive etc)

Hubs/villages setup: Through Private- Public partnership.

Customers:
1. the Ghanaian general public
2. Industries within Ghana who wants to buy MRO products: e.g for the oil and gas, mining, aviation space, civil etc
3. Neighbouring African countries to come to the hubs and buy and also take shops within the hubs and sell.
4. Other African countries can do the same
5. Other foreign countries can do the same

The management, Shops, services, stores, exhibitions centres within the centres are rented by:
1. Ghanaians
2. African countries
3. Foreign countries (they mostly have the technical products to service the oil and gas, mining sector etc

The beauty of this is these massive trading centres is open 24/7. For example, companies in neighbouring countries coming to Ghana at all odd hours to these trading centres, to buy MRO products for their respective mining, oil and gas companies..etc.

With busy centres and the odd times of these human inflows… a lot of hotels, eateries, essential shops etc will be required 24/7 and will start springing up.

Lastly, the establishment of these initial hubs will lead to other satellite hubs springing up across the country.

Therefore we say “ YES” the 24hr economy is possible. However, a lot of work and effort has to be done upfront before it can succeed.
