BOG reacting and closing the stable gate after the horse has bolted. I believe the mess is more than is being reported. If the bank is misreporting to BOG as per this report on forex then we need a forensic audit on their loan portfolio, collateral management, procurement especially on software and deposits. Where is the risk management and corporate governance that the existing management team were supposed to bring on board. Hmmm another banking sector clean up coming up soon.
