You are right. The same thing happened to those whose investments are with the investment institutions like Gold Coast Fund Management that are locked up in the banking sector clean-up. The finance minister went to London to announce the release of funds to pay the beneficiaries. He even went on to say that the payments will be done in 3 tranches. The first tranche by the end of October, the second one in November and the third one in December. We are in November and the first one hasn't still been paid. The Ministry of Finance is, truly, a propaganda office. The current minister is as useless, senseless and shameless as Ken Oforiwa-Atta. Liars, thieves, hypocrites, rapists, demons, crooks, criminals, cowards, slayers, pretenders, traitors, fools, wizards, witches, betrayers, opportunists and murderers. Kwasiaa4 buuluubuuluuu!!!
