  Here in Africa, because of legacy issues being a leader of any kind especially political puts a lot of responsibility on an individual but unfortunately like in the words of shawn Kuti, most of the Leaders simply can't make the connection with the main market issues making it seems as if Leadership is not on the side of the people, an event most outsiders can't seems to fathom, Here in Ghana we have adopted our 2ndlady principle a three step to achieve industralization in the Agro and it's processing front mainly
  -1 village 1 dam
  -Planting for food and jobs
  -1 district 1 factory
