  and on and on goes this vicious economic cycle according to my uncle Lawyer Gabby and other accomplished commentators, meaning the country continues keep locked down as an exporter of primary commodities all because somewhere along the line when the going got difficult in our pursuit of economic independence Officialdom and some bankers encouraged by some local business persons decided to set up trade, they could not wait to make mistakes and learn from them which will have given them the experience need to pilot the ship of State successfully how this phenomenon can be reversed is the reason Africans are fumbling all over the place
