Refer to Richard Branson, Chairman of Virgin Atlantic who made a remark that if you take good care of your employees, they will take good care of your company.
Imagine someone from Zoomlion who is paid C 250 a month, that is about $14.00 a month and the company still hasn't paid her for months. These are the people you should think about. All State Owned Enterprises have political appointees and board members, bloating the payroll of companies unnecessarily. Increase the minimum wage in the country to a humanely livable wage.
