  The problem is political will and corruption. If you allow knowledgeable people to handle the developers professionally they won’t cap their production drastically because government is not willing to buy the associated gas off their hands. The developers have been emboldened to sabotage the oil production to bring it to its knees for a possible renegotiation in their favor all because our politicians compromised their values with corruption and bribes.
