  These idiots again! Ghanacard is a mere ID, what else can it do? Any country that accepts Ghana card as a immigration document is certainly asking for trouble, especially in Europe. Your government won't be voted for because of ghanacard, that am 100% certain. Any useless government can implement a ID card! Even failed states like Somalia etc have nation IDs
