    Majority of those countries are poor because of bad leadership those leaders will shockingly add that money to the ones they have already taken from the public funds

    This IMF too approving and approving but nothing is changing because they send their unemployed youth to come and mansge the funds and about half of the money goes back as salaries benefits travel housing and allowances
