  The brain is wired to learn languages quickly, especially during childhood. So, Prof. help to shift Ghana language policy towards childhood language learning. And instead of the nonsense of everybody learning French aside from English, Primary and JSS must be free to choose Chinese, Japanese, Hindu, Swahili or any of the emerging popular/ trading languages.
