  There are only 5 attributes in citizens needed to develop any nation. The 5 attributes can be abbreviated as DIPER or PRIDE (Patriotism, Readiness, Intelligence, Discipline & Efficiency) in the citizens of any nation. The concept of developing skills helps improve efficiency which is the real source of money and ability to generate foreign revenue by creativity and productivity. For example; some nations produce cars, computers and major commodities to sell to other nations in exchange for money which make them rich by exportation. Africa is poor because they do not produce any much due to lack of efficiency that is rooted in lack of skills due to poor education. National PRIDE is the factor that determines national development and I never see any politician in Ghana or Africa talk about it. Ken Agyapong tried to adopt a piece of National PRIDE by copying from my discussion with him and naming his ideology as PhD (Patriotism, Honesty and Discipline) for which no one paid him attention, because he copied part of my ideas and could not present it well due to plagiarism on his part. The concept of National PRIDE that I found by research is not written together in any book or in any university, because the leaders of most advanced nations are so intelligent that they keep such knowledge secret just to enslave poor nations or nations of weak-minded leaders and citizens. By discussing these things I become a victim of attacks with secret plots by corrupt security to get me killed or destroy me or almost anything I do to progress, including plotting accidents in my life while our people do not even take National PRIDE seriously due to their high level of ignorance. God bless those who bless themselves and God cannot be fooled to always rain manna in Africa for people who do not want to think or remain ignorant to suffer as in Hosea 4:6.
