GYIMIPAA or GIMPA? So this institution is not aware that kofuor is the the reason Ghanaians are suffering? He came with clean hands right after Rawlings and therefre had the unique opportunity to root out corruption in the country. But rather he chose the path of looting and hence ushered in therapy of open corruption which has gotten us to where we are today.. So what is GYIMIPAA Institution rewarding?

The opposition party is pushing for an around the clock economy and correct me if am wrong amounts to an import substitution economic policy, the broad strokes looks sound since, it aims to bring back manufacturing jobs and capacitate our farmers to produce more, the materials the factories will need in production is going to be ratchet up so farm production must will have to increase to meet demand i.e assuming they are using an idle standard planning and budgeting model but idle standard are hardly met so they have to find a way to set attainable standards and the implicit control mechanism because employment is everyone's concern so it's in all interest to see the program succeed

Unfortunately the policy failed to materials due to the cultural issues that plague leadership and people on the West African Sub Region primarily the lack of know how in the implementation of policy crafted by armchair politicians. So to rationalize your around the clock economic policy of Import Substitution i will encourage you to educate fellow Ghanaians that this is the way we have decided to follow and all must follow this is because choosing this path is a political decision what will incur retaliatory actions from Nations Ghana have been importing things from and Citizen must be educate about the price of this choice so if the hard time comes will be gallant

The point am trying to drive at is that todays youth can't afford to fall through the cracks, no job, no possibility of upward mobility misfortunes that plagued their parents due to either political instability or lack of the knowledge on how to Govern and here i mean Govern a country successfully by the countries politicians. At this point i think again the critical mass(operations) of Ghanaians must find a point of convergence where divergent party manifestos intercourse(US Col.) and align for a common National Development Plan that can ensure the security of gestation(Dr Sakara) of continuity because like the saying goes bad economic conditions don't know political party colours
