    Any serious government will revive these collapsed factories instead of opening another one but the Ghanaian voters are always deceived of giving them employment, asem oo, let's wake up!!!

    It is not only in Ghana that this happens. It is a true fact that GOVT MUST NOT DO SUCH BUSINESSES. Factories work far far better in private hands everywhere. Govt business is nobody's so curruption will finish it.
