  Where on this earth has this educated but an illiterate seen a 24-hour economy forced in as the putting of a new wine into an old wine skin? And he claims to be a PhD holder. No wonder many a Ghanaian prefers a Dutch passport to a PhD. Where in a bankrupt Ghana can Mahama get the funds to provide all the incentives he's talking about? At the end of his maximum 4 years, he would only accumulate more debts onto Ghana with no tangible outcome like his 419 Saglemi and STX housing projects.

  Your missing the whole point. How will 24 hour economy help land registration? I could read any link from your statement. Our problem with land registration is corruption period. Do we need rocket scientist who will work 24 hours a day to register land or perform their duties? Nobody is held accountable for not doing their work at land departments in Ghana. It's always corruption as usual. Officials at land offices are always demanding bribes before doing what they're paid to do. We must tell the truth before linking everything to politics. Asking workers to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year will not solve our land registration problems if corrupt officials are not stumped out. Your 24 hours economy panacea is just a political delusional to throw dust into our eyes period.

  I don't believe this 24 hour Idea is applicable in government departments as it's being mentioned above, how do you get the lands department to work 24 hrs on 3 shifts? This is only applicable in product sectors, for the service sectors to improve and reduce down time, there's a need to migrate from the manual way of doing things which creates corruption and/delays unto a digital platform where.
