I was in a conference with a group of professionals from Tanzania and what they said amazed me. Oh in Ghana, you people have beautiful laws with no enforcement. We borrowed most of your laws for implementation and it is working perfectly. What a shame!. Anything good about Ghana is corruption and theivery. So sad, Rwanda vrs Ghana, the only resources Rwanda has is coffee and taxes. Even with taxes, Ghanaian tax consultants helped them to design, develop, and implement. They are far far ahead of us. Oh Ghana!
In Rwanda, there is no policeman on major roads, only cameras and robots. Traffic offences are charged automaticall and paid electronically without police interface, your ID, cell number, house number, car number, in fact, every info about you are interconnected and linked to a central data repository. You die with your ID and mobile number whereas in Ghana, the Telecos will suspend and reregister it to another ID after a period of inactivity even though the number is linked to your ID. We must be serious Ghanaian leaders. Interestingly, most of the good things in Rwanda are done by Ghanaians. Facts Checked!
