MILLS/MAHAMA 122 - 9.8/ 9.8×100 = 1144.9%
Mills/Mahama added 1144.9% to Ghana's debt.
NANA ADDO 761.2 - 122 / 122 × 100 = 523.9%
Nana Addo added 523.9% to Ghana's debt
Meaning this government has borrowed far less than the previous government.

Simple Maths tells me something different. 122 billion minus 10 billion is 112 billion. Right.
761 billion minus 122 billion is roughly 639 billion.
