Africa Appreciate your efforts but don't start Bragging that Ghana or no any African Government could ever Build a Refinery like yours or Above yours, you don't know the future.
Pride always comes before a fall . Why say Ghana can never do it . I do not agree . We know it’s tough to get finance to build a fossil fuel refinery but it’s still possible to get non traditional investors .
