  No Satellite service to make a proper weather forecast. No money for a Laptop or desktop computer. Mercury polluted Water. No water for irrigation, and no irrigation equipments. Herbicides, fertilizers and pesticides, and the like are all imported, paid full duties at the Sea Port. What does a Farmer with rubber boots and cutlass need digital equipment for? Feeding farm animals and fish, feed is imported.
