TRULY, WE ARE A FRUSTRATED COUNTRY WITH FRUSTRATED PEOPLE. NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK, AS GHANA SLOWLY GRINDS TO A HALT. NO LONG TERM POLICIES, NO WELL DEFINED DIRECTION. 'LET ME TRY ATTITUDE ' DOES NOT BUILD OR DEVELOP A NATION.

Brazil has made a determination to increase tilapia production in the last decade, and this has brought about very significant impact in their aquaculture industry. "Production of tilapia has jumped 103 percent over the past decade, Peixe BR said, turning the country into a major global tilapia-producing player over the time frame". Ghana has a similar climate and an enabling condition to expand our aquaculture industry, but as usual, lack of policy direction leads us chasing our tails. Are we a serious country besides people like Abena Dapaah dipping their hands in the national coffers?
