    The first day I saw Chinese men and ECG workers removing the old meters and installing the new meters in my house,I knew something was wrong, because regardless Ghanaians owned Chinese gvmt they’ll do anything to exploit us

    This is very true the rate at which the electricity units bought deplete is alarming . All the utility providers are cheating on customers , same happening when you buy airtime . Consumer protection Agency is toothless .

    With post paid customers too,ECG doesn't come to take meter readings but always give us estimated bills every month.
