  In 2011 the than vice president promised to build 100 Warehouses across the nation, but nothing up to now was done. So there are still no storage facilities to make a ban on export of grains or what so ever. Irrigation systems does not exist. Countries like Burkina Faso and Niger have Irrigation systems, and they export their tomatoes and onions to Ghana. What a rich country with gold, oil and Lithium.?
