  -You also know how our people love the haggling process when it' time for the buying a selling of products abolishing this well establish tradition will be historic and considering how people react to change i will urge an appropriate inter-face mechanism that will make the change over to a scale system more welcoming
  -The second issue is how the markups are determine by these woman entrepreneurs, in as much as the Government is determine to see to the success of the program, the Government surely won't want to be seen as pushing for control in determining how much profit can be made then lastly
