I hope it is not a cunning way of robbing customers. My meter was working fine, but ECG officials went to my gated house to remove it, because they have not observed any reading for some time. Meanwhile, I’m not stationary, sometimes I can be away for more than a year. If the purpose is to increase revenue and not to improve efficiency, then customers must have a reason to worry

Less than two years ago you changed all the meters in my area to Huawei Wasion. How can the meters be outdated. You have now replaced the meters with MMS-Butterfield.
