Obviously, those who run the states are flagrantly lawless and don't care the repercussions of not abiding by the contract obligations. The numerous judgements debts stand as evidence. Our judiciary system is an enabler to this injustice and lawlessness

Government did not owe GN Bank because GN Bank didn't lend even GHc1 to any of contractor to execute government contracts. It was a subsidiary of Groupe Nduom, a Private Equity Firm which used to be called Ghana Growth Fund Company (GGFC), that lent to contractors to execute government contracts. In fact, no Groupe Nduom company lent to the Government of Ghana so Government of Ghana never owed Groupe Nduom. Government owed contractors who borrowed from a subsidiary of Groupe Nduom and that Groupe Nduom company wasn't GN Bank. The only truth was that Groupe Nduom company, GGFC, was a shareholder of GN Bank. Even this was criminally done. Dr. Nduom made GGFC mobilized funds from the public in the name of Private Equity by promising clients unrealistic interest rates. When he had enough, he used the mobilized funds by GGFC to support the establishment of GN Bank. Dr. Nduom is a smart and intelligent man.
