  if it does this to every customer who fails to pay on time, they will be more efficient in their operations!

  ungrateful Ashanti's ... after mahama's gpvernment constructed the Market for them, they voted for NPP. They should continue to suffer for the choice they made. Even the phase 2 has still not been completed. Foolish Ashantis.
