If their books are in order, regardless of the current limited size of their operations and corresponding bottom line over time, they could secure the required debt or equity financing for diversification once the prospects and viability of the refinery operations can be justified and the competence of the management structure vouched for. However, the unavoidable elephant in the room (no pun intended) is the question of the true owners of this company especially considering the unerring accuracy of the contents of the AGYAPA ADIE document and its diabolical end product and objective. IMANI has raised a red flag. Let those who are in charge provide us with better particulars of the deal and let the matter take its logical course.
