Are you so desperate to be president with these promises
The last time you promised $1m per constituency even the common fund even ceased coming and you are on platform promising again. This man knows no shame.
The reason is Ghanaian are easily to deceive with promises irrespective of situation. We have just forgotten that the same group of leaders keep applying this tactic in time of elections.
