What would you do with your money? In a certain constituency, no one knows the MPs house o! No one knows the minister's mansion. Does he really hail from the constituency? If the MP or minister hasn't thought of building a house or mansion in the constituency, then why would he think of tarring a road or building a hospital. Ghana fo), yen hwe yie!

An Indian told me in 2013 that Tobinco went to India to buy from an Indian company which was ordered to manufacture some malaria drug for the Ghana Health Service.
He went further to say that if that were to have been done against the Indian Health Service the company which crossed the Indian Health Service would have been fined and the managing director imprisoned.
So its a fact that Tobinco was involved in crossing the Ghana Health Service, therefore the government of Ghana to make profit.

So court says it is ok to import unregistered and unapproved producs by FDA. This is a very strange ruling. FDA should appeal this. Where was the always vocal AG in all of this. Is it because the guy is NPP different set of rules for him and case is created and filed long after Opouni is gone and case not defended properly. Can we all now sell unregistered and unapproved products since court has given this verdict. Then why have FDA. Scrap that institution. Hope there is not some scheme to collect some big money out of this case and then share. Will be interesting to see.
