Do you guys know the pension a senior civil servant takes home after 30 years of service. Even if they start paying 5 to 10 years before pension it cannot be enough for a three bedroom bungalow. There is a reason why mortgage payments take 25years to complete payment, even after pay 25% to start with. Its called time value of money. Unless the broke government is subsiding but the financing can not been promised
