All this president does is breaking grounds for something he knows well that he can’t complete it. It’s not that he can’t complete it but the amount that is allocated to the project will be abused by the president and his party, the NPP. That’s why there are so many uncompleted projects around the country because they have spent the money elsewhere. This is the government Ghanaians are dealing with.
