  The Cocoa Marketing Board has been a Failure. How can the largest Foreign Exchange earner of Ghana for many years still have to borrow money to purchase local cocoa seed? This is a a shame. The Board should give way to privatisation. Despite robbing the cocoa farmers by setting low prices,they still have to borrow money every year.
