  It's very funny that none of the minority in the parliament is to explain the so called 24-hour economy. By the way, John mahama and followers 24-hour is not a policy. I don't know if any body in ndc will ever research on that phrase. Nobody reads in that club so they are all singing the tune. John mahama didn't explain it when he launched his campaign. Ghana cannot export vegetables and fruits to the most demanded markets.[US, UK & EU] except it is produced from the GREEN HOUSE TECHNOLOGY. Government cannot put money into that but government can support the existing once to expand because at the end of the day you want the money back to support other areas.But to say you are going to export cats, dogs, tigers, lions, cross? aaba owura drunkard, I believe you were drunk. 24-hour economy is as a result of many factors put in place for 24-hour economy organically be seen in action. The most important thing is the demand factor.
  * Good roads, not that Burkinabe contractor kind of road at eastern corridor.
  * Low interest rates
  * Affordable cost of energy
  * Reliable, efficient, effective and affordable transportation services.
  * Corruption free public sector services
  * Good security, and efficient, effective and reliable police force.
  * Independent judicial system
  * Good infrastructure
  * Stable governance
  * Vibrant private sector
  * Affordable data and technological infrastructure
  * Less or no crime
  * Affordable living conditions
  Etc etc etc
