Why do I pay borla tax when I’m responsible for desilting public drains this doesn’t happen anywhere in the world even Rwanda which is poorer in terms of gdp per capita the gutters are maintained by the government only

the city govt is too lazy to solve this so he has taken it upon himself to do so. ama should charge every home owner a trash and drainage maintenance yearly/monthly tax and then ama will employ eople to do the work and pay th ...

the city govt is too lazy to solve this so he has taken it upon himself to do so. ama should charge every home owner a trash and drainage maintenance yearly/monthly tax and then ama will employ eople to do the work and pay them from the proceeds of whatever is collected. the problem is ama dont trst themselves. they are irresponsible and will chop any monies they accrue from homeowners and thats the problem
