Anyone who insults Kwaku Manu must have intellectual deficiency. Normal, normal, job creation should be on top of the scale of preference for any serious nation loving politician. Not the other way round.

People do not realise a credit rating system generally drops rates for deserving individuals who can then invest in business to create jobs. It is a great enabler

Job creation is not government business it doesn't work anywhere it's private sector that creates jobs, government only provide enable environment and policies for business to thrives
Private sector drives it but government provides the enablers. If you are taxing businesses to death can they drive? Check port duties.
