And like many stupid Africans who the World Bank when mentioned freezes their mind, she was appointed as Finance Minster twice in Nigeria. She then gets African govts to lobby for to be D G . She gets more recognition on Nigeria that the farmer who owes 20000 cattle and farms and feeds Nigerians. It is how stupid Africans think.
