Do you we have a Singapore embassy or a consulate in Ghana or the other surrounding African countries? How can a Singaporean get help in times of crisis in one these countries? If your Ghana card cannot give you visa-free access to the U.S. you better get a Ph.D. My passport gives me visa-free access to the US so I am happy with it. Nothing else matters.
