That is fraud by customs ! It is like importing drugs , ceps say pay duty then after you have paid it , they say it illegal !

And many of the buyers are sakawa crooks while others are unscrupulous business persons who know exactly what they're buying, stolen luxury vehicles. Target both the crooked importers of these stolen vehicles and their customers.
