Maybe Bribe was probably paid through power theft activities. But also there are encroaching facilities, many made of wood, and who connected electricity to those??? Some have built under high tension and still existing.

This is why they instigated the minority to oppose the sale of the company to private investors.
We the consumers are the losers.
Then the submit overblown costs and ask for increases in tariff with the PURC.
