  The unions and workers must with immediate effect put pleasure on the government to transfer Tier 2 and 3 from all private insurance companies to State Insurance Company (SIC).
  Some of the private companies, which are foreign are making profits from workers' tier 2 and 3 and are taking them to their countries.
  I will organize a demonstration against the trade unions in Ghana and the government if did not effect change to the Pension Act, to transfer the two tiers to the SIC immediately.

  Please leave SSNIT alone. We need private participation in the running of SSNIT. The government cannot do it alone. Remember all workers regular and retired have a stake in SSNIT. Organised Labour therefore cannot talk for all of us. We advise SSNIT to float shares like GOIL and GCB Bank
  did years ago 51/49% so Ghanaian workers both regular and retired can buy to raise funds to run the hotels. Thank you.
