  These union leaders know clearly well that the unions are obliged to pay their striking members, not the employer.
  If we don't wake up to this conversation and demand, the union leaders will abuse this bargaining chip to do their internal politics and turf war. Ghanaians don't know that these trade unionists do more internal politics than the traditional politicians who we always focus and vent our anger on.
  Declaring strikes is one sure way of proving their effectiveness to the members and by so doing keep their opponents at bay and hang on to their positions.

  Npp and ndc government should sit down and come out with the policy that will stop this unnecessary strike salary structure and you go on strike what a nonsense you can take this nonsense to private companies being manage by Indian or Chinaman, and that is the reason why most Ghanaians rich people are buying dollars and bonds treasury bills, because they will not open job for workers to take this stupid decision for them civil service and servant are corrupt and Lazy workers in the country, some will come to work late and others will not come but they received the salary, there will be a time most of our manegerial levels will be manage by foreigners but not corrupt Ghanaians.
