WHAT NAPO SAID MAKES A LOT OF SENSE ... WE NEED TO AIM TO DO MORE THAN NKRUMAH DID AS A NATION. IF GHANA HAVEN'T PROGRESSED PAST THESE INDUSTRIAL INITIATIVES OF NKRUMAH FOR THE PAST 67 YEARS, THEN WE HAVE FAILED AS A NATION. OUR FIRST PRESIDENT DID HIS PART AND WE NEED TO DO MORE THAN HE DID AS A NATION OR ELSE WE HAVE FAILED. I STRONGLY BELIEVE NANA ADDO HAS DONE MORE THAN ANY OTHER LEADER SINCE INDEPENDENCE. BUT PARTY POLITICS WON'T ALLOW MANY PEOPLE TO ACCEPT THIS TRUTH. BUT IT'S OKAY ... PEOPLE CAN BELIEVE WHATEVER THEY WANT.

  Do our goivernments know that nations progress by continuing the initiatives of their previous governments. The progress of a country is like a car on a longjourney where drivers are strategically placed so wherever one driver stops, the next driver takes over and continues with journey.
  I always empahasize that we may not like each other but when it comes to national development, we have to abandon our prejudices and continue development projects with corrections made. For example, should we abandon the fee free educationafter Akuffo Addo,; the answer is No but we need to make it efficient.
  Sorry Nkrumah knew that no country can progress without manufacturing. But after his downfall his industrial initiatives were discontinued. That is our downfall.
